The Jiejie West hydraulic elevator adopts a new type of opening and closing door and safety interlock structure design, which is more reasonable in structure. The opening and closing door torque is greater, and the reliability is higher. It can achieve fast clamping, bearing, and unlocking of drilling tools. Only two oil circuits are needed to achieve elevator opening, closing, flipping and other actions, and provide reliable elevator opening and closing signal feedback. It is suitable for all in-service top drives and does not require modification of the top drive rotating head. There is also an optional elevator bearing signal feedback configuration.
