In recent years, China has achieved consecutive breakthroughs in ultra-deep well drilling, successfully advancing the drilling operations of two 10,000-meter-level wells - the Shendi Take-1 Well (Tarim Basin, Xinjiang) and the Chuanke-1 Well (Sichuan Basin). In these two highly challenging projects, the 50MPa mechanical seal washpipe co-developed by Beijing Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd. (BPM) and JieJieXi has served as core equipment, accumulating over 7,700 hours of stable operation. With exceptional stability and reliability, this technology has provided robust support for drilling operations and facilitated efficient development of ultra-deep oil and gas resources.
To support China's advancement into deeper strata, BPM and JieJieXi have continued innovation by jointly developing a mechanical seal washpipe capable of prolonged stable operation under 70MPa conditions, reaching the world's highest pressure level. This breakthrough not only resolves industry technical bottlenecks but also demonstrates outstanding reliability in practical applications, further enhancing China's technological advantages in deep-earth engineering.
Advancing into Earth's deep layers constitutes an essential path for national energy strategy. JieJieXi will remain focused on "domesticating deep-earth development equipment," driving technological upgrades through innovation to provide more advanced and reliable solutions for deep-earth hydrocarbon resource development, supporting China's deep-earth engineering construction to scale new heights.
